SAFETY & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

All riders participate entirely at their own risk. Infinity Cyclery, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not responsible or liable in any way for any injury, illness, death, loss, theft, or damage to property — including but not limited to bikes, gear, or personal belongings — that may occur during any group ride, tour, or event associated with or promoted by Infinity Cyclery.

This includes, but is not limited to, accidents on the trail, collisions with other riders or obstacles, mechanical failures, adverse weather conditions, becoming lost or separated from the group, or any other incident that may arise during participation.

Protective gear is mandatory. At a minimum, all riders must wear a properly fitted helmet at all times while riding. Additional protective gear such as knee pads, elbow pads, and eye protection is strongly encouraged and may be required depending on trail conditions.

By joining any ride or event, you acknowledge that mountain biking is an inherently dangerous activity, that you are physically capable of participating, and that you take full personal responsibility for your safety and well-being. If you are unsure about your ability to complete a ride, please speak with a shop representative before participating.

Infinity Cyclery reserves the right to turn away any rider deemed unfit, improperly equipped, or likely to create a safety risk for others.
